Using the WoW Secret Gold Guide to Make Gold at Lower Levels

Just about all of the gold guides I’ve seen contain tips for players that are already level 50 or above. They give the impression that you have to have a high level character in order to make gold. While being a high level character does help make gold farming faster, it’s possible to make gold at lower levels as well. Here are two of the four ways mentioned in the WoW Secret Gold Guide on how to start making gold before you reach level 30:
1 – Mining Copper – Copper bars sell pretty well in the Auction house and are easy to obtain. For the Alliance, leave Stormwind heading south. There are a couple of caves that are excellent resources for mining copper. A map is provide in the WoW Gold Secret Guide of exactly where these caves are and the fastest ways to travel between them. For the Horde, the best location is Durotar. There is cave with copper veins in it as well.
2 – Linen Cloth – Linen cloth can usually fetch a few gold per stack in the AH. Not only can you get gold, but also some experience since you’re killing off humanoid mobs to get the drops. For the Alliance, go to Westfall and take out the Defias and Riverpaw Gnolls (map is provided in the guide of exact locations for more efficient farming). For the Horde, you’re outof luck. Just kidding…head to the Barrens and start taking down Pirates, Kolkar, and Razormanes.
Create stacks with your Linen Cloth and then take them to the AH. The WoW Secret Gold Guide has more ways to farm gold forevery level of player as well as the best ways to maximize profits in the Auction House once you are ready to sell your spoils.
